Stop the Stigma - Around Mens Mental Health
I provide specialist support for men struggling with their mental health. We are often advised to go see our local GP, however the stigma in society can really impact the courage and will do this. I have a strong passion for the support of Men’s Mental
Health, helping men to realise that asking for help is a strength and not a weakness.
74% of all suicides are male, and a lot of these men are under 35.
12.5% of men in England have a Mental Health Disorder.
I am the therapist who is fighting your corner, who has written to MPs about the urgency of the mental health services in the UK and for waiting times to be massively improved and for the crisis services to have more urgent responses and more
available support.
If you are struggling with your mental health, you may have gone through a relationship break down, you may be dealing with grief, unresolved childhood trauma, a redundancy. You may have underlying anxiety or depression or have committed a crime, I will provide you with non-judgemental support, kindness and compassion.
My counselling service offers face to face, online or telephone counselling with me as your practitioner. I have lived experience with supporting a male family member with their mental health struggles and this is the drive and motivation for making change in society and for specialising in this area of support. I will be your professional friend to support you through a difficult time and work together to bring about positive change.

I am not a crisis service, however if you are in a mental health crisis, please contact the following organisations:
